Organic Remedies in the North Hills was my introduction to the dispensary world. After three years in the program, OR is still my preferred place to go. From the standpoint of products, their THC/CBN capsules are something that actually help me sleep. I’m a professional insomniac, and nothing ever helps me sleep (that doesn’t leave me feeling it the next day). But the products I get here, for a very reasonable price, have helped more than anything I’ve ever tried. And I feel great in the morning. The tinctures work really nicely for me as well. I use them in addition to the CBN capsules. The Troches are an amazing deal. It’s nice to have options that don’t involve inhaling. Not that there’s anything wrong with inhaling. But options are nice. Most of all, though, I like going there for the people. I’ve been going there for three years and the staff is fantastic. They’re just normal, cool people who are always helpful and decent and kind. The front of house people, the budtenders, the pharmacists - everyone is great. And that matters to me. In three years I’ve only had a few occasions where I needed a little assistance or had a question about an order. They’ve always been completely understanding and helpful. I still go to other places. But I’m really glad to have the North Hills Organic Remedies as my home dispensary. Thank you to everyone there. Your decency is noticed.

Their flower is my new favorite, 10 out of 10! You gotta try their OMG Sherb. The staff is super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their strains. Give this dispensary a visit you won’t be disappointed!

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Great conversations with the staff, lots of variety in the cartridges. The transportation credit is another plus. First time visiting, definitely will be back!

Particularly appreciate the Specials, which as a Medical Patient, give me considerable savings. What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. This dispensary was extremely helpful and the employees are very nice! They walked me through the entire process ok my first visit and made it very easy to understand the process. I had no background in smoking before going to Columbia Care. They could tell I was nervous, and were able to explain the entire process for me. The process is very well organized and the product selection is very good here. I recommend them all the time to my buddies who are might be looking for a new dispensary.

I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.

I absolutely love this dispensary. The staff is very helpful in finding strains/products and giving you the best deal. There is lots of variety that are not too costly.
