The bud tender Mon -Fri knows her products and provides incredible customer service! There is a broad spectrum of strains and flavors to choose from. Pre-rolls are the real deal at this place. No Schwag.

Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

C&C is all about education, had a great experience here learning about the flower they grow and the special cartridges they carry in all kinds of strains. Whatever your method of consumption, you'll find something to enjoy at one of their shops.

Hearing this, I am definitely going to have to visit your shop. Everything she brings back from O.G.C. is absolutely fire from the flower to the concentrates. 2 things I look for in a dispensary: Knowlegaboe people and a welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely the best dispensary in America. Second place is not even playing the same sport, let alone in the same league. I visit my sister in this amazing small town, and get the absolute best quality products for amazing deals every single time. They have a mix and match policy by tier. Want 6 different strains for your top shelf ounce? They charge you the same unit price. Need a 25 dollar OZ? They never let you down. Real talk, I have been to most states and most of the go-to places. Oregon is the best state, House of Dank is the best dispensary. (Higher Elevation in Bend is second place)

This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.
