Josiah went above and beyond to help me place an order for seeds, hunting them down and then calling me back to let me know what was available. Give Josiah a raise! They hire only the best people to help you on your stoner journey, I'm a frequent flier and have convinced all of my friends to try their products (they all give thumbs up!). They aren't the closest store but I still drive the extra 20 minutes for the environment and quality of product. Their deals are insane and having an account is way more than worth the effort of standing there telling someone your name and number.... which is so nerve-wracking. Love these people, love their store, also there are some bomb ass munchies right next door.

The name of the game is high end products at a price point that makes sense for everyone. I recently became interested in RSO tabs and found this shop with massive discounts. We swooped in and picked up two containers for less than a c note. That’s always a huge bonus!

Was in town for the weekend and stumbled across this dispensary. It is located close to Chinatown and Italy. Staff and security were amazing. Prices are great. Best products we found while in town.

I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

I come here at least once a week or 10 times a month... literally. The staff: it's a hit or miss depending on if they're new or not. I know some of the staff names as to Gio & Daniel. They're dope budtenders, knowledgeable and enjoy our small chats. I typically come in the night before they close, since I get off pretty late at 9:30 in Marin County, I always try to make it because it's open until 10PM, which helps me even if there about to close, I understand that it's a bothersome being that late customer but, there's no dispensary in Marin County open late, so crossing the bridge is worth it especially with welcoming staff that are true to their job and helping people with their needs. Always gives the best recommendations.

I’ve been to the Apothecarium in Soma on multiple occasions, and they never fail to impress! The layout of the dispensary is clean and the ambiance reflects its namesake- it gives off early 20th century vibes for sure. The budtenders are knowledgeable, not pushy but patient, their selection is pretty expansive, and the prices are definitely on the better side. Due to the proximity to my work in addition to everything listed above, this is my new go-to for anything weed related.

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!
