My go-to place. Friendly service with great products. Every budtender there is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their rewards program is top notch. I've already earned a cart and a pre-roll through it.

Usually have everything I want just a little higher priced than I'd like but it's acceptable.

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. I will be telling all my friends to check them out. Thank you!

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF WHO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE AT REV THAT MUCH BETTER!!!

Sira Naturals is by far the Best dispenery in the Boston area. They always have sales, some up to 60% off. No other place does this & they have daily deals that make it possible for this disabled patient can afford on a budget that's below the poverty level. THANK YOU SIRA NATURALS

I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! He definitely went above and beyond with his service and for that I'll be sure to come back here next time I'm goin to the dispensary. Cheers!
