Hi Rachel at Sunnyside Butler, so my thoughts on the Mango Cart are that I thought it was too strong of a Mango taste for me, not crazy about this one. I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and I really have not had a bad experience as of yet, I remember the first time I came in and Trimm waited on me and he still has a smile on his face when you come in! Jen is just so sweet, Maddie is great so is Rachel, everybody has been so very sweet to me over the last 7 years! Great job Sunnyside!

Aj is always spectacular when I go the place in beaver falls he knows me by name as soon as he sees me. He explains things to me like new stuff you guys have going on. He helps me to pick things I may like ...he is just an amazing person who I think can make your business go far he is very knowledgeable and he is dedicated to his job. All dispensaries should have a sampler package to purchase, e.g. one for sleeping, one for pain relief, one for focused attention, one for fun etc. Also, brochures with recommendations for new clients or sampler suggestions package. The newer customers don't know what we don't know when making a purchase. Elameth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She made suggestions, and told me about discount programs available. Great person who is definitely focused on customer service!

Absolutely the best dispensary I have ever been to. Amazing experience every time I go.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. Super nice facility, staff is always making sure us patients are taken care of as soon as we hit the door. Online orders are super easy and efficient. One of the staff members enticed me on several products they offer and couldn't be more happy with the result.

Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

REALLY knowledgable employees. Nice waiting room. They got a menu of their website you can browse, but I definitely suggest looking at their menu BEFORE you go.
