Most of the dispensaries have forgotten about the customer experience and for it on profits. I absolutely love the service I receive here.

As a newbie old lady, they are very helpful with any questions from my very first visit on. They are very nice with a relaxing atmosphere and are just wonderful! They have good sales and they always make sure that I get everything I need!

This is the place I go back to over and over, I've tried many from Portland, Me to all parts of New Hampshire and this place is the top. The gummies are full spectrum and 10mg here is like 20mg at the other shops. The staff are excellent, the place has a warm vibe, not sterile like some places can be. The lab appears to be in the back and you can see some of their workings through large glass observation windows. I drive way out of my way to come here, and you should, too.

Scarlett is a great representative at nuERA. She helped me with all my concerns and covered all of my questions. She really took time with me. She is super knowledgeable about the products and makes you feel at ease! All the staff is wonderful as well! I’m definitely going back to nuERA!!

I know this will be my first time leaving a review but I had to say that I have come over to see this dispensary many times! And Paul, Monica and Cory are all amazing people!!! You guys have helped me so much! I love that when I go in I am able to get everything I need and be able to save some money on top of that! I love the atmosphere and the prerolls dabs flowers and all of that are just so good lol! I love the 200 mg candy's with CBD and THC! They are very helpful especially with my chronic nerve pain! I will be back in to see them on my birthday in 10 days cause I need to stock up!! Thank you guys for being here for our community!!

I have used several dispensaries within a fifty mile radius, and this one is by far the best one! I've come here for several months now. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and on point. They don't try to upsell me stuff I don't need, and the atmosphere is as relaxed and comforting as can be. Very happy with this place! Highly recommend!!

This place is incredible, and the employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted something to help me sleep better. I explained that to the rep, and he recommended, by far, the best Indica strain for sleep I’ve tried. I’d give this place 50 stars if I could, and it’s definitely now my new go-to dispensary.

This place is amazing the quality is deff there and the prices as well. I’ll tell u for a fact you won’t find rugged roots or jar co anywhere else rugged roots at $15 an 8th…. Not a thing anywhere else for sure. Cheapest jarco around Waterville is 22.50 at maple valley but it’s $20 at Astro AND Astro has more of a selection as well…….. hands down can’t go wrong with Astro turf. My fiance and I absolutely LOVE this dispensary! Great variety of products, brands, & strains, from DC vapes, to Betty's Eddies, to Eden live rosin, etc! Always fabulous customer service. Really love the great sales available here. Pretty convenient location, right on rt 924 in Abingdon/Bel Air, MD. We have been so happy to add this place to our list of available dispensaries nearby; probably our favorite dispensary if we had to list them in order. There are sometimes some line, a bit of a wait, but they work hard to get you through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Always professional. Only had a problem with 1 product from Enlightened since we started shopping here about a year ago; once I explained the situation/problem, they instructed me to bring it in to them, (and meeting all requirements), they allowed me to return it. Like many other dispensaries, they also have special discounts for new customers and others, plus rewards points for returning customers. They work with Redemption, providing help for those with previous legal issues involving possession of cannabis. They also have times when they offer discounts for bringing in items for the Maryland Food Bank and/or other charities, (ex-a few months ago, they asked people to bring in lip balm for the food bank--everyone who provided something received a large discount on their purchase that day). The staff is always very friendly and professional, often w/good info regarding the available cannabis products. Great dispensary; highly recommended!

I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

Great experience every time. Helpful staff, great deals, good selection. There is only curbside at this time and it is organized very well.

Always have fast and friendly service. Ususally have a nice selection on their menu.
