My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I'll definitely be going back just because of her.

Man you know what meme where you tell your bud tender you need something specific and they hook you up?? WELL KEITH IS THE MAN!!! seriously. My friend is currently going through a horrible messy divorce, he suggested a strain for the ex husband and an amazing one for the ex wife to be! Seriously could not thank him enough!! I love this place. The products are great, they have sales all the time, and every budtender I have ever been helped by, whether they were tending or acting as receptionist, has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone here always goes that extra mile, makes you feel like they actually want to make you happy. Wonderful service, every time. Tonight, my budtender was Carlos, and he was was extremely sweet and helpful; really knew his stuff. I also really liked his saying, "They say the sky is the limit, but we've been to outer space, so there is no limit." I really like coming here. For sure my favorite dispensary. Really. :-D

I took advantage of an incredible sale through Leafly for an ounce of high quality flower for $80. It was ready for me as soon as I walked in in a sealed airtight zip lock package. The budtender asked for 80 dollars,tax was included which also stunned me. Fantastic deal.Then the budtender said wait, there's more, here's your free preroll! So I got an ounce of wonderful flower and a preroll for $80, even more stunning. Thank you, I will be back!

First off, Trinidad is a place u have to visit if u smoke. I’ve never seen a towns economy more driven by dispensaries. It’s a cool experience. 2nd off… once u get there, this dispo is a must. I’m a complete strain and quality snob n this spot was an amazing balance between the top tier quality I need and surprisingly low pricing. So low that I expected to walk into some popcorn or shake OZs based on pricing, that were instead exactly what I had hoped for. I grabbed a zip of 28% Blue Dream for 65 OTD and some fiiiiiiiire Super Silver Haze live resin Gs for like $14 each. I went to a lot of the dispos while we were in town and this is the main spot as far as I’m concerned. (Not to say I didn’t grab a few things elsewhere too cause this town is amazing) Customer service was great as well. I think I dealt w the owner or manager on day 2, a very polite and accommodating woman budtender who got me exactly what I needed. Day 1 was even better as I had a different budtender who got me all hooked up while we had a chat about weed n South Park Easter eggs that are really true in Colo. Oh and one of the most important things, which I can’t say for all the spots in Trinidad… THEY UPDATED THEIR LEAFLY MENU ACCORDINGLY. I went to another spot next door and went 0 for 4 on strains I wanted that had appeared online days before we got there and even after I had brought it to their attention. Underground Station is dope!!! Go check out Trinidad for a weekend n clearly make a plan to stop by Underground Station both days and load tf up! I’ll be back for sure.

The owner Marlon is great. He's very friendly and easy to talk to when it comes to asking any questions. He is knowledgeable about the products he sells. He's great with his recommendations. It makes me feel comfortable shopping at his place knowing he follows regulations and guidelines. Everything he does is above board and safe. Smokaton has the best products that I simply can't get anywhere else nearby.
