picked up 2 oz of some flower for me and the guys at work, great deal great flower, even better experience and service provided by Ramon, easily one of the most knowledgeable and helpful bud tenders i’ve came across between WA and OR, first time in so i used my loyalty signup got great savings, i will be returning next time, thank you Ramon!

I am new to medical cannabis, so its all new to me. Aaron & Joe have been very helpful to me with what to try for pain. Also the 4 corners shop is way more comfy feeling to me. The product is really good also.

What an incredible perfect little dispensary!!! Super knowledgeable staff who were beyond accommodating and welcoming, never felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Competitive prices, something for everyone, and by far the absolute best part of all is the fact they give back 70% to the community. If I’m going to be spending my money anyways, I’d rather know it’s at least going back into my own community. I can’t say enough about how awesome this is and how I’ve never ever seen this done anywhere else period. This is definitely my new go to spot, try them out and I promise it’ll be your new go to as well.

On February 15 my wife and I happened to come in at Happy Hour and had the most wonderful visit with the Budtender of Budtenders, Jay. She was so enjoyable & totally made our drive from Henderson WAY worth it! I also really loved talking terps & strains with her. We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. Would highly recommend to any tourist visiting or anyone in general. I’m a daily smoker and consistently smoking. These guys have a great attitude bud trending you, they’re helpful all the way around, and willing to help you get as many discounts as you can get.

Never had a bad experience with this business! The staff is excellent, the selection is vast and always stocked. They’ve made some new additions to their team recently and everyone has been great! But to mention the old reliables, Joe is almost always my delivery driver and keeps great communication beforehand! I’ve had a couple issues with their card machine not liking my house, and I really appreciate the patience Joe has shown while I’m trying to figure it out. This dispensary has a forever customer in me!!

I thought that I needed to spend millions of dollars on a spaceship..... Turns out you can buy yourself an ounce for less than 100 bucks at the Homestead and that got me just as high..... soak on that one for a bit .......

This was my first time at this dispensary. The tender was really nice and helpful. The store is small but nice. I got a cart and some gummies. Good prices I thought.
