Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Repeat customer. After recreational sales began in Maryland, my two other former favorite dispensaries really struggled to accommodate the changes. One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Ordering and checkout, including using rewards, is a breeze.

My wait was not long. Every time I have patronized this dispensary, I have been greeted with very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Best service in MD hands down they r always so nice and pleasant and quick. Even today it being July 1st and now everyone can come to the dispensary even without a medical card it made no difference at least for me I pulled up paid and got my medication it took not even 5 min and I got a swag bag with a bunch of awsome stuff thank u guys for everything! Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !
