Everything was great! This was my third visit...now, my ONLY dispensary!

I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. I love this place because of the personal service and great products. If you stop by, I will prolly be there lol. Thank You for the great service.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

Budtenders are super helpful and friendly, great selection of bud, concentrates, and edibles, and super cheap prices - concentrate grams for $10! Unbelievably awesome!! This is my go-to dispensary!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now the online ordering is really easy and no long wait times, the store is always chill vibe between music and how the store is set up is simple things are organized from edible sections to all the vape cartridges companies

Well it’s busy and on Friday afternoon and 25% sale day it looked to be “4end of the world day “ but that didn’t stop my staff member from helping me with everything to get it right. And prices were fantastic everything I got was nearly on sale .

Love this spot! Today was I think the 3rd time I’ve visited and had a great experience every time, the energy was great and the bud tenders have been so cool and honestly eager to help you find the right vibe you are looking for- providing great information and variety of different options. Tried something new and absolutely love it! Will go back

Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. No matter what weird questions I have or if my indecisiveness gets the best of me, they have the perfect recommendations and so much knowledge to share. Need a zips in walla walla Washington they'd blow the competition away half of walla walla fed-up with the corrupt business owners a greener today is trash sells trash they know and keep it on the shelves the walla walla weedery owners are gang members and the cannabis company just too expensive because she's on the Wine Tours. Everyone in this store is so wonderful and so nice.

They hire only the best people to help you on your stoner journey, I'm a frequent flier and have convinced all of my friends to try their products (they all give thumbs up!). They aren't the closest store but I still drive the extra 20 minutes for the environment and quality of product. Their deals are insane and having an account is way more than worth the effort of standing there telling someone your name and number.... which is so nerve-wracking. Love these people, love their store, also there are some bomb ass munchies right next door.

I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. I had a really awesome first experience here - Leo helped me out a lot finding carts that matched the high I wanted, and gave great recs. The shop has some really good deals, too, and I saw a lot of quality brands so i felt confident about my buys. He also convinced me to grab a Lookah Bear vape pen - I'd never seen them in person before and I LOVE IT. Overall the shop felt good, it had a nice vibe walking in, and all staff I interacted with were really nice. I don't often go to new dispensaries but I'm glad I checked out Lucid!

I don't know what the he'll that person we will let it be that person. The people who work at old Toby are very sweet and treat you like family so all to those people with nasty comments can suck it.
