Wow, what an experience… and not in a good way
Just not an organized dispensary. It started with placing an early morning order, and an hour later when I called before leaving to pick up. They informed me they had system problems and would not be able to fill the order, and in fact would be closing. Since I had a busy schedule, I decided to simply order it the next day. Typically, they have had a pretty good selection, although their pricing is the highest locally, I decided to try again rather than go somewhere else… my mistake. So, morning two, I visit the site, and put together another order for 8-eighths (1 ounce). Got verification all ready so left to pick up order. As I picked up order, I encountered a series of blunders. I did find it odd that no one even apologized or said thank you for coming back after the issue the prior day, but this was really a minor customer service issue, so not really a big deal. The first big issue was really around my order that started with the fact they did not have two of the premium high thc items ordered, and substituted the same strain but in shake, which is not only substantially weaker, but when I got home looks like a bag of loose ragweed… I would never buy this crap. Next as they were ringing it up, it came to much less than what I expected, and I ask him to double check the order… at which point he informed me they were short two of the other items as well. If I would not have inquired about it, I would have got home and realized I only had 6-eighths, not 8… still cannot understand why he did not tell me upfront? I selected two alternatives, but as I thought about it, this meant they actually did not have 50% of the order I placed online. I became somewhat irritated and as I discussed the situation, I could quickly see that it was as if nobody there cared about the points I was making… system being down… out of items shown as in stock on Leafly & their site as well… not informing customers their orders are missing items where they may not notice until they get home… substituting items they may not be able to sell if people actually saw what they were getting.
There was only myself and one other customer, and four employees’ behind the counter, and I swear it was if no one there really cared about any of the points being made. I’m not sure if its simply incompetence or something worse at play …like a site showing items (Grassroots Kush Mints) with high THC that they do not actually have in stock, and ironically enough, when I got home and checked Leafly, they still show it as being in stock that you can order. This would certainly appear almost as if they bait you in offering higher THC items, but when you get there to pick it up, you have to choose something else, and maybe something not so great. I really don’t mind that they have the highest prices, just as long as the quality of service and product reflect the premium being paid. However, in this case, it is simply an overpriced dispensary with poor customer service… you can do better!
