Dude. This place will tell you one thing and them do another. I bought three faulty carts from them and a faulty battery. This was $100 of goods, none of which were working. I called and was told to bring them back in, they got a bad batch recently and would replace them. When I arrived, I was led through the entire process of getting the exchange. New products picked out amd ready to go. Then when the manager, same person I talked to on the phone came over to finish the transaction, she told me they couldn’t replace the items since it was more than three days since I purchased them. Wtf!?! Isn’t that something I should have been told on the phone!?! so in addition to wasting $100 bucks on their shitty products, they have also wasted my time. I have been a longtime customer here but will not be spending another dime here, ever. Hands down the worst customer service I have received anywhere. Buy your weed elsewhere people, it’ll be better quality anyway. And definitely better service anywhere else!
