I've been buying my concentrates from Terrapin for quite some time. Not just this location, but also both Boulder locations, along with the Aurora locations. The 8 pack or bear pack (double bear concentrates) is where its at for value. I've never had an issue with any of my product for almost up to a year. When I had one issue with my wax, I was able to to speak with the manager of the Longmont location. He was super friendly and called me. He took care of me the very next day. He even had multiple solutions that would best suit me. This shows that Terrapin wants their guest to have an enjoyable experience and also feel you got your money's worth. I will continue to only shop at Terrapin because I value their product and they value me as a customer.

Employees were super helpful but not pushy. They forgot to take off my 25% first time coupon but I called and they gave me back the difference. Most places wouldn’t do that. I was so appreciative and will happily return.

Grabbed a Strawberry OG pack and it had a hair or bristle in it. Terrapin plugged me with a Cindy 99 pack to make up the loss!! They won me over, I’m highly selective of the dips I encounter!

I am from Arizona and I will definitely use these guys every time I’m in town! Absolutely great customer service! Flower was moist and sticky! I also wanted to mention that I originally gave them the wrong hotel address and when they called to confirm delivery they caught my mistake! I was so grateful! This is only the second dispensary I’d ever been in but everyone was super nice and helpful and didn’t feel like we were being rushed out the door. Super informative and friendly staff and dude even threw us some free lighters and masks our second time in. They got a well balanced selection of bud, edibles and extracts so you got choices.

They have become Awesome ppl and they always make me laugh...purple sherb is 30% shits on point.

the flower selection and quality was more than I expected.I ended up getting 4 strains all of them had their own distinct taste and flavor all of them had tight nugs and perfectly cured.For the price quality and selection I dont see why I would go anywhere else for flower.
