I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! Affinity in Bridgeport Connecticut is one of the best medical dispensaries around their prices are great their customer service is even better you usually don't have to wait at all you go in you get your stuff you leave I would definitely recommend this to spend three to anybody that has their medical card or even recreational they have a great recreational line too

Just moved here from the city. Thought I wasn’t gonna find something as close to the one I used to go to and I didn’t. This one is SO MUCH BETTER. Nice people, good quality. Recommend

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, but this is one of the best dispos in NY State and the cheapest! The staff is very knowledgeable of their products, they always have great suggestions and they are super friendly they never forget a face. Will always hit this one even tho I live across the river.
