Any negative reviews older than the last year need to be disregarded. This place is amazing. All their flower is well grown and cured. They have a large menu and plenty of deals to fit anyone. Best thing is it's consistent. Not like the Walmart of weed on Bonita Beach road. Truly it's not. The staff here rocks. Always friendly and always knowledgeable. They even go out of their way to get you the best deals for your purchases. Try that at the walmart...nope. If you want top shelf medicine without being taxed $60 for a nice heavy glass jar filled of, maybe it's good this time maybe it's not, the go to Sunnyside. Them folks got it going down.

I came back all month before I would consider going anywhere else. Excellent products I enjoyed many strains of flower, some great tasting and potent vape cartridges, their Soft chews are great. Tinctures are FIRST CLASS. Website and app are both easy to shop with, reviews and accurate descriptions.

Premium flower is well worth it. Quick visit friendly staff. Easy to order online. Absolutely worth shopping here.

Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

Surterra has a clean, relaxed vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are consistently top quality. Their sales are great too. Boutique experience, so much better than the Big Box dispensaries.

I admit I spent more than usual, but every single item she recommended worked incredibly for my symptoms and what I was looking for in a Flower. Never used crumble until now. That is an outstanding product, use sparingly at first.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive. Deb., Sam and all the budtenders at this store do a great job of providing patients with great service, excellent products, and an overall great cannabis shopping experience. Out of all dispensaries in Miami this particular one is probably the best of all, fully equipped with the best inventory, amazing daily deals and discounts with the most knowledgeable and professional staff. And the best is there is no-wait-time to get attended, usually is after they check your ID you get service (bye-bye forever to Trueleave)
