Big thx goes out to Ozzy @ Rise Dispo WPB she helped me get the strain I needed for pain then she made me laugh on a personal level which was welcoming. We started joking about how real stoners still smoke bongs especially JBD brand bongs. Then she tells me that a friend of hers recently bought the rights to the JBD brand and were able 2 keep the classic designs and art involved with the company. His named happens to have the exact same initials JBD, so not only did he love these bongs, it was his fate. I laughed hysterically during and after our conversation and was happy with Ozzy's recommendation. Will def go back 2 Rise!!!!

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

Very nice place. Very clean and nice decor. Service was fine. Didn’t really get a happy hello but the bud tender was not rude at all, and they were decently busy so very understandable. Good prices and sales on full gram carts. All and all would recommend they seem pretty busy so keep that in mind.

I need to shout out to Quincy V., Dan L. and Sara. This Boynton Surterra has the best customer care. Every time the staff makes a suggestion to me, they are right on the money with the products they reccommend. They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Kudos to Surterra Boynton for having the best products and the best staff!

First visit and I was so pleased. I had called before going to the shop. I spoke with Derek and he was so knowledgeable, so helpful and informed. When I arrived at the store the reception was friendly and Derek completed my transaction so smoothly and made me feel like this might be my new dispensary. Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers
