Awesome place! They don't have flower here but you walk right in. lovely environment. Fantastic disposable vapes for $25. two hits off them and you're good for a few hours.

My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

Best smoke shop around! Super clean, great product selection—from vapes and glass to cigars and accessories. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Visited LHS for the first time for their Mary’s Medicinals patches. Went on a Monday and took advantage of their 15% off, along with becoming a new patient. I sampled Sativa, Indica, CBN, and CBG. I’ve gotten to the first two, the Sativa isn’t as energizing as I thought it would be. IMO, it’s positive, making this pleasurable for anxiety sufferers as well. Luis was very helpful with product selection and making accurate recommendations for my ailments. This Orlando South location is clean, well-appointed, in-and-out rather quickly. Even with GPS, it was difficult to navigate, the white building blends in well with its surroundings. Tip: Mary’s Monday’s and Flower Friday’s, I hear they have a vape cart special as well (not sure what day).

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

I love this dispensary so much and the staff are really great. However, I was pretty disappointed with the product. I bought flower and my first smoke sesh it was really good, but the next time I smoked I had the affects for maybe 10 minutes and then felt sober. My mom had the same experience with their products as well.

Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket.
