This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m new to the MMJ community so I had many questions and all the employees were great. I highly recommend this dispensary.

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! Love this place. From the products, to the atmosphere. Everything is amazing!! I swear by the scalp oil, it REALLY stimulates growth. I have to keep a bottle of it in my home. Once you buy, you’ll be back!

This dispensary has become my favorite! The atmosphere inside is calming and welcoming. The bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! On top of that they have the best value for your money compared to other dispensaries.

First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Krystal k was amazing ! She helped me and made me feel totally comfortable ! I was a newbie and super nervous she made the experience awesome and stress free! I would recommend fluent because of the great experience she ensured and she was very very knowledgeable ! Awesome place!

Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

I don’t have any complains so far! First time shopper, meaning I got 60% off was wonderful! I got a great selection of strains amongst concentrate, cartridges, edibles and flower for a 100 bucks! Very nice and clean environment with kind staff!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.

Very good prices! Quality of product is also good! Definitely good medical cannabis. Their “Tahoe OG and “Kingdom Chem” are by far the best flower:) Not too big of a selection of accessories but hey its a dispensary not a smoke shop! Give them a try!
