The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

Good product. A little more expensive than other dispensary's but it's convenient if you live in Lake Placid

I've been there once just got my prescription it was good friendly helpful folks took time to teach me the kiosk to order I will say the flower is priced ok it the dab thats super high price but overall I loved it and will be going back 5 STARS all day.

We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely.
