Great service, it wasn’t busy so I had the whole staff to myself. They had run out of one of the strains I wanted, but an awesome staff member recommended Ocean Breeze and she was spot on with her recommendation. Always love when they know their weed.

Zeth is a great guy who works mostly at night and is always happy and knowledgeable on anything you need to know about products and options in the store including their own line of products. Highly recommend!

The Staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgable…especially helpful for a newcomer like me. I’ve been curious about trying these products, but I get overwhelmed by the many different strains, combos, & dosages available. Not to mention the best “impact” I’m seeking and which product personally works for me. Apothecas products are 3rd party tested, so I feel confident that they’re not only safe and pure, but consistent with intended use. My local store here in Kingsport, TN is always clean and athletically pleasing with their fantastic display of products. I’m so happy to have found them!

Cool place with a friendly staff. They had a difficult to find strain, which of course, was fantastic. I’ll be going back to get more this strain, for sure! Still, the important thing here is that Ultra Cannabis treats you well, has excellent products, and a knowledgeable staff.

For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. Divides in two enclosed waiting lanes once you get in; walk-ins and online. A few of us newbies to the store unsure of the cadence. Surmise online got preference and i did. Instead of hand signals the shop should consider a speaker system or human directing traffic as I see that getting interesting in a big crowd. Solid selection and Alexandria was amazing & HOT AF!!!
