Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! I came in this evening and Patty and Cindy working they both were helping me out very nice and helpful. Patty rang me up and let me know I had a $5 off that was aussum she saved me 5 bucks. It doesn't seem like alot but it helps. Very clean atmosphere has a great green couch love it!! Thanx again Patty and Cindy!!

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. Please keep up the great work URB !!

Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

My veterans discount was honored! I’ve been there twice in the past year and haven’t been disappointed by Columbia Care or any Cannabist Company product! The bud tenders were friendly for 8:00 am! The security guard was doing her job!!

This is one of the nicest dispensaries in the area, you must see in person! free donut and coffee if you spend $40 during the week before 10am . Check these guys out!!

My favorite dispo by far. Nice deals on nice product and terrific well informed staff. Every receipt has some kind of discount for the following week and the rewards points are nice as well. The two Jos are particularly nice and have turned me on to some fine stuff for pain and for sleep.

LOOOOVE this dispensary!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The vibe of the whole place is great, the staff is spectacular (so friendly and they remember your face), their prices are reasonable, and their deals/sales are absolutely fabulous. They sell lots of fun extra stuff, too, that's a ball to look through (for example, I got my stepdad a book of how to turn 100+ objects into something you can smoke out of - hilarious!). Can't recommend this dispensary enough!! (And DEF see them for 04/20, it's a total blast!)

Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. And then found me a better deal than what I had ordered and saved me about $30! They do go above and beyond here.
