The place has good vibes, employees are authentic and eager to help you. Menu is big had a lot of everything only bad thing I could say which isn't too bad is we haven't gotten any weekly deals yet I know they are in the works just can't wait to see what they will be.

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

First time here but have plans to return very soon. It is a bit of a drive for me to get to but it was worth the trip. Upon arrival the strain we wanted was not available and staff was able to help us find a suitable alternative. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was a quick as we wanted it to be and I didn’t feel rushed to get through even though they were busy. Atmosphere was clean, very cool and chill.

I've been here several times and now I don't go anywhere else. The staff has been so kind and knowledgeable. Immediately upon entering I felt comfortable. They never make me feel as though I'm asking too many questions even though I have many each time I come in! Did I mention their selection?! They have so much! I will definitely recommend this to both someone new to medical cannabis and to the experienced user.

Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. This is exactly what I envisioned a dispensary to be like. Very good and knowledgeable staff. Inviting atmosphere. Great product. I understand that the market is young and inventory and prices are still an issue, but they had good inventory. Prices were high as expected. But the product was outstanding. Can't wait for the prices to come more in-line with other states. I will definitely go back to Legacy, nice shop.

This is such a cool place. The people are so friendly and helpful and the bud is great. I love seeing the plants are actually right there behind the glass! Very excited to make this place my go to spot.
