Particularly appreciate the Specials, which as a Medical Patient, give me considerable savings. Located is a splendid Art Deco style building that was once a back, with a stained glass ceiling feature. Thanks NETA.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! (Get the Rev access card, it’s super worth it!)

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

These guys are off the charts amazing as far as their knowledge and service. I opted for pickup, so I can't speak to the delivery service. I placed a large order here and was able to pick it up within a few hours. I pulled into the parking lot and someone was waiting for me. They brought my bag right out and we had a pleasant chat for a minute before I was sent on my way. The bud is high quality, what I'd expect for the advertised prices. I have my eye on a specific strain, and they made it a point to let me know when they would have more in, which I appreciated. There is nothing I can reasonably think of that would have made my shopping experience better. 5/5 all around

I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. Everyone was very kind from the front desk to the bud tender. They have a good variety of products, from a low price point to higher end items. Bud tender was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will absolutely be by again when I'm in the area.
