I love coming here on a daily staff is super sweet and always have the best deals. They always go over discounts and the best deals of the day. We have loved coming here all the time weather is for something big or small.

The employees there r always nice listen to what you want or what products are best to get. They r respectful and nice.

Triple M has an exceptional team I feel like family as I have been coming there for years Kimberly is such a welcoming smiling face every time I enjoy seeing her and she has given me recommendations which have been most helpful Dave is always exceptional and always is there to help Noah is also exceptional I have had the luxury of knowing him at another employer. Always welcoming caring smile I was so happy to see he became part of the triple m team. Coming to Greengold is like visiting friends and family. First thing you notice is how clean it is. It even smells clean when you walk in . The product is amazing and I love the options: I particularly like the tinctures. That being said , what stands out the most Is the staff. The customer service is the beat around ,for sure. They are knowledgeable and friendly and are always smiling. The manager, Amanda is amazing and makes me feel comfortable asking questions and always makes time for me. I see the way she interacts with her staff and wonder, is that what makes everyone so happy here? She is always friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

What brought me to this review was the absolutely stunning customer service skills of our delivery driver, and bud tender Melissa. She was very kind and definitely in my opinion gone above and beyond that of just customer service!

The pick up process is always flawless. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. The bud tenders are always helpful, patient, and a wealth of information. The product is superior to those in similar price range. Their house grown never disappoints no matter the strain. They offer military discount along with daily promos. A preroll or edible if you have to use the atm. This is one of my go to shops!

Every time i come here, i feel welcomed and the atmosphere is always so kind and chill. The products are amazing for an even better price. They always have such a unique selection for glassware, and i love seeing the usual faces every time i come in. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Shawn was such a great employee. Helped me pick out the right thing. He was so kind and awesome. Made my day. If every dispensary employed people like him, I think no one would have a bad day. He just gave off such good energy, while also being extremely knowledgeable. I have visited 1000th of dispensaries. Patient since first month medical came to mass. This is the first review ive ever written. He was really that great. I hope the manager sees this and lets him know he really did an excellent job, both in recommending products, and also just being super kind and that light up the room type of energy. I wish more dispensaries considered the attitude of employees like you guys obviously have. The product was great, but Shawn was awesome and I am sure other feel the same, but most people dont take Time to write reviews, but he was that amazing I had to do it. I will be back just to talk to him again. Such a great hire by whoever hired him. Sunnyside you got yourself a gem of an employee. Your product is great, but thats the easy part. been coming here for so long that I’ve got to see the growth of this place and although in the past i’ve gotten dry weed they have started sealing them with an aluminum type cover instead of the paper based covers that were sticky on the flower side. Please continue to innovate ways to keep your flower fresh so others can experience the quality of your grow team. Thank you bountiful farms

Prices are way to much here double than most others

My experience with garden remedies my first experience with garden remedies was a few years ago. I was a little nervous about going into a new Dispensary, but the young gentleman helped me very nicely. He made suggestions. I had a new Medical marijuana card. It was my first experience being in this kind of a facility he made it very easy and make sure I got the proper discount with my new Medical marijuana card and offered me a card to get it punched every time I went into the store for at least four visits. It was an awesome Kind experience. It is always quite clean and atmosphere absolutely wonderful people. There are very friendly and kind always willing to go the extra mile this is always a place to make my experience with them very pleasurable. Thank you very much. I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares

Best place, I work in the industry in the past directly with plants and now strictly in fertigation\irrigation. The sights I've seen at multi state corporate cannabis is concerning. I admire Mark's drive to help heal. My saying is that even people who just use cannabis to "get high" are still getting the medicinal benefits. The quality is always great regardless of the tiers. And the ability for all to find a price point that can help them. The staff are amazing, keeping true to what "customer service" used to be. They're all passionate about what they do and take pride in helping others. So grateful they're around and able to visit from another state. ME's reciprocity is sacred to the true American spirit, impactful and important.
