What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! I absolutely adore the staff at cana. They are so kind. I ordered a dozen pre-rolls and they sorted them by saliva and indica and had them banded separately, how incredible is that. They're all beyond kind and patient, even during recent tech upgrades and when they're wildly busy. The store is also always clean and smells nice.

This must be a new store? Have driven by at least 500 times and never knew about them. Love that I can confidently shop on Leafly and quickly pick up during the work day.

The place is clean, they have great products, good prices, + the workers are really friendly.

Ive been going to this place the past couple of years—— always vibes —- always right—— never disappoints—- always coming in clutch with the concentrates —— best around I think—- everyone’s super friendly—- and I always feel very taken care of when, from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I walk out…. Can’t wait to get back there and get Triple Scoop. Perpetual hits another home run. Taste has a nice spike to it. The exhale sends you to pandora. Eastern Cannabis is a must or go out of you way to go there. I travel from Beverly. Have no problem dealing with traffic to go there. I pass 5 other dispensaries that are way closer. That’s saying something.

Wasnt a huge fan before but this Melrose is my new go-to. They've stepped up their game recently because the old, dry buds are gone and the flower is DEFINITELY better than it used to be. Fantastic selection, super friendly staff, and have been happy with everything Ive picked up recently.
