I drove by this place a dozen times before I realized it was a dispensary. It's located in an industrial area and blends in pretty well. A nice bonus is it happens to be on the way home from work. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. The selection was good and prices are on par with other places in the area. I'll be back

Forgot to grab something on my first trip here, so I popped back in to see if they had it in stock. Sometimes the website inventory is slightly different than what they have on the shelves so I always figure it's good to ask. Luckily Jayden was able to find two of the specific product I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and helpful guy!

They have Space Gem Products which I love and are locally woman-owned, and the space is beautiful and calming with nice and relaxed staff. They feature and support california women-owned small companies in the cannabis industry

I called this place to see if I’d been there before and what the deals would be if so! Super nice knowledgeable associate named Javier helped me over the phone! Told me all the answers to my questions and made me feel like I wasn’t bothering him or wasting his time! Im so happy you can still call somewhere before wasting time and gas to find out it’s not what you wanted! This place is the best so far for me in San Jose ! Shoutout goes to Javier ! The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

I have ADHD and the only thing I didn’t like about this place is it’s a LOT to take in. They have a LOT of inventory and there’s a LOT going on. The last time I went into NHC there wasn’t any music playing and I was sorta happy about that, cuz with ADHD, it’s just a lot with so many things going on. I would like to go in some time when it’s less crowded. Aesthetically NHC is very pleasing to the eye. Very clean neat and organised. The place doesn’t have a distinct odor (good or bad) unless they are helping you smell the product- then it smells awesome! The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and seem to genuinely want to help figure out your needs as a customer. Seems like a great team. Reception is always warm and inviting. I’d give it all the stars except (because of the ME thing) I’d have to subtract like a fourth of a star because of how loud it can be. The last time I went in it wasn’t loud and there was less going on. Like I said- it’s a ME thing not necessarily a them thing. If you like good bud, for medicinal or recreational use- they are the place to get it. It’s kind of a drive for us, but I mostly REALLY like this place. I just have to get in and get out because I get overstimulated easily. I’m not really going to subtract any stars…. Overall it was and continues to be a very interesting experience with each visit. Their CBD/THC 1:1 Gummy’s are my favorite. *Pomegranate* Nice body buzz without being overly heady(mind high) Anyway- that’s my favorite product of theirs. I also enjoy their Harlequin flower by Jett Fuel. I have recommended this place to family and friends in this area.
