The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

I have to admit, past experiences here haven’t been good. But I heard they were working on speeding things up. So I went today to give another shot and I’m glad I did. Ordered online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It’s worth the drive from Ocean City to avoid paying the prices there. Well done improvements!

This is the most friendly group of budtenders. They answer your questions about what is best for your ailments. Prices are super fair. And products are spot on.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. 1st time anywhere. Im 30mins away with much closer places. They are open till 9pm. It was fast and very easy although I didn't feel rushed. Clean inside. I was in and out in about 10-12 mins and thats with the new patent form. More selection at the shop then on the website. Both kinds I got were quality . The teir 1 I got looks better than the teir 2. Got a day supply on sale for $25 thats pretty banger. Overall good experence. I will return

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!
