The Staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgable…especially helpful for a newcomer like me. I’ve been curious about trying these products, but I get overwhelmed by the many different strains, combos, & dosages available. Not to mention the best “impact” I’m seeking and which product personally works for me. Apothecas products are 3rd party tested, so I feel confident that they’re not only safe and pure, but consistent with intended use. Everything about this place is awesome. I used to go to a dispensary in E Amherst and it was so inconvenient and so much more of a process every time I went. This one had a personal appeal, i told them what i was looking for and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. It's my new dispensary of choice

I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!
