Staff is extremely knowledgeable on products and patient with customers. Sometimes they have a low selection on wax, cartridges, and pre-rolls, however when stocked up they have a great affordable selection. The layout is customer friendly and the products are displayed well. I would choose Top Shelf over WCO any day.

Store manager there has worked really hard to get out all the old products so there is only the best and freshest when I come in!
