Told me all the answers to my questions and made me feel like I wasn’t bothering him or wasting his time! Im so happy you can still call somewhere before wasting time and gas to find out it’s not what you wanted! This place is the best so far for me in San Jose ! Shoutout goes to Javier ! He is the right guy for this job!

The staff patiently listened to my likes and preferences and my visiting situation, and they got me exactly what I needed. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

Excellent pot shop! It was my second visit to the place but the first time that I ended up making a purchase there. The budtender that helped us, David I think his name was, was most genial, enthusiastic and helpful, and took great care to explain the whys and wherefores of what to look for in a cannabis product that’s right for the experience you want to achieve, and then recommended a specific product based on my needs. Not surprisingly, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase! You can’t go wrong with this place, Ballardians.

I love going to American Mary. Joe is my favorite bud tender there because he’s well versed and educated on the products and always has a smile on his face. The reward program is definitely worth signing up for to get deals on their products!
