With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.

I made this account just to talk about how good the prices and delivery service are. Every delivery person has been polite and cordial. The deals are amazing. Highly recommend tipping them. They drive 40 minutes just to get to my house. Never had an issue and I never had to wait more than 4 hours. They answer the phone right away and text right away. I recently used their delivery service for a Best In Grass Kit. I called a closer dispensary earlier in the week and they never called me back. Doobiez got back to me right away.

It’s really close to my home but beyond that, the staff is really chill and helpful…I like the diversity of products that they carry.
