I’ve visited this location several times. I’ve had 4 different people help me shop (some of them more than once) and 3 different people check me out and every time they are friendly, timely, and helpful. I did miss out on some points, but no more! I’m all signed up!

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

Only my 2nd time here but it's my favorite store by far. First time Becky hooked me up and was incredibly helpful. This second time it was the blonde with the great smile that wished me a happy birthday. Oh yeah, but thanks for starting the loyalty rewards the day After my bday. Come on! Only kidding. OMG! My wife and I went to this location, and the experience was amazing! Upon walking into the location, we shared a quick laugh with the security guard, and we were quickly taken to the back. Our budtender, Claire, was great! Her customer service was five star, and I would suggest this location to all of my out of town friends. I'll be back to this location, again.

I can’t even begin to understand how the recent reviews claims this places flower has mold and stuff. This is one of the ONLY places I’ve seen this far that allows you to see EVERYTHING you’re purchasing. They’ll show you the flower directly from the jar they weight it out of. They’ll show you some of their very affordable pre weighed flower that has quality for the price. I also found it amazing that all their electronic devices do have a exchange policy on them so I was able to exchange out a cartridge that wasn’t working on my battery for free. I truly feel some these recent reviewers were from competitors.
