Best dispensary I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to around a dozen. They’re eager to help, listen to your needs, and never try pushing things on you. They also tend to have top tier bud and edibles.

This store closed in 2023, and the building was torn down to be replaced by condos. This listing should probably be removed. It was a nice shop while it was open, though. I hope they found someplace else to land.

This is my go to place!!! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and give me recommendations that I love *almost* every time. When I went in to buy my first piece of glass, the budtender pulled out ALL of the pipes for me to look at and decide what I liked best. They always make me feel comfortable. The products they have displayed and the ATM are mostly away from the counter which makes it more comfortable to look without feeling as though you're holding anyone up. Although they don't have a lot for stuff displayed so definitely chat with the budtender about what you want if you're unsure. Even though this place is no longer on any of my usual routes and hasn't been for months, I still go out of my way to come here. The experience at this place is reliably enjoyable! The only fault is the location of this shop. If you are not familiar with this area it can be difficult to get in/out while driving. The way Aurora works can be hard to navigate and stressful until you get the hang of it.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

Herb's House is my favorite dispensary in Seattle. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, products I love, and they fulfill their online orders quickly, but I still feel like I can ask for additional items without being rushed out the door.

Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. No matter what weird questions I have or if my indecisiveness gets the best of me, they have the perfect recommendations and so much knowledge to share. Excellent pot shop! It was my second visit to the place but the first time that I ended up making a purchase there. The budtender that helped us, David I think his name was, was most genial, enthusiastic and helpful, and took great care to explain the whys and wherefores of what to look for in a cannabis product that’s right for the experience you want to achieve, and then recommended a specific product based on my needs. Not surprisingly, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase! You can’t go wrong with this place, Ballardians.

Such a wonderful first experience! I stopped by to grab a disposable dab pen before heading on a hike with some friends. The girls working there were incredibly helpful and the shop has a wonderful selection on pens with a great price range! Sam helped me find a great tasting pen that had me and my friends upbeat and giggling the whole hike! Such a fun atmosphere, great selection, and wonderful staff! Will definitely be stopping by again and would recommend you do too!

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.
