This is a great store with really good sales and friendly attentive staff. Yes there are a few transients that hang out on the street but this is everywhere. As far as their owners and all of that. Nobody is crystal clean we just don't know until someone's caught but if they are open then things are being worked out. Personally I spend my money there and am happy

I think it’s.a welcoming atmosphere. The person who helped me was nice, The products were of quality. Parking can be challenging during peak hours. OTOH, if one is shopping at the stores across the street, it’s a quick dash over and back.

Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. I love coming to this shop the budtenders treat other budtenders who shop there, very respectfully and their customers with the upmost respect very knowledgeable, classy staff and dispensary.

They have the best prices the best product rather you’re looking for a flower or concentrates it’s a little gem hidden off of Halsey in 122 I travel from Tigard Oregon to Southeast Portland, which is like a 35-45 minute drive if I’m taking that drive. There’s a good reason. Go check it out.

99% of the time staff are friendly and excited to talk / show off some flower. I've had some great recommendations and some okay ones, mostly good though. Prices seem fair and the tiers give you a good idea of the quality of bud (though some weed 'brands' are clearly better than others). I've had staff recommend not buying a specific product there because it was way up-priced. I appreciate this.
