Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. And the quality of their house flower is spot on for the Ohio market, great strains, good prices & deals. Budtenders know there flower and can help. Come back again

The staff are wonderful, but Ryan specifically is super nice, helpful, and kind. She is attentive and cares. Never would I think a dispensary employee would be so kind and feel like a friend. there website leaves alot to be desired. but people especially LES is very knowledgeable and trys to get me the best deal.

Love FRX!! Employees are extremely nice and very prompt. They run weekly sales and seem to always have a great selection of everything! The drive thru pick up is the icing on the cake!!

I love this dispensary! The staff are always very friendly and smiling. One of the best things about POW (both locations) is their daily sales (Flower for $15 and up) and their drive-thru. So convenient, I just place my order online and then go to the drive-thru and pick it up. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes or so for the attendant to come to my car. Oh, I need to mention that the online menu is super easy to use! Pure Ohio Wellness has a low priced house band named "Locally Grown". In my opinion, those strains are just as good as any name brand. I always get so excited when new strains come along!

Huge open place. Fast to get in. Super nice budtender. The only thing was the place was like completely empty? I wonder why. It’s in a decent spot. Nice parking. Awesome product. Oh well that just means a nice hidden gem for me !

more whiners on here, just like google. plan ahead kids. who else has a drive thru? none i've seen. don't expect to zip thru the drive thru at rush hours/lunch, or a half hour before they close. i believe they are open later than most dispensaries also, so the later you wait the less options you have.

A very bright, bubbly, beautiful welcoming smile, gorgeous..oh and by the way amazing hair..Just down to earth... super chill she made the experience wonderful and better than usual and the staff is amazing there. Great atmosphere. I can see why they gel well together. Thank you Bree! Made it great purchase in awhile. Keeep.up the great work!!

I am an older gentleman, retired now. I was curious to see a dispensary as I had never been in one. I had been to a couple of shops giving a ride to a friend but never went inside. I looked up Debbie's Dispensary on Google & since we had beautiful weather here one day, I decided to take a Road Trip to check it out. I was greeted by a nice young lady & a friendly fellow. Went in the back with him, very secure. I knew what I wanted [some edibles]. I had looked up their inventory from their helpful website. Very polite folks there, courteous & professional. The prices were lower than what I thought they would be. Another gentleman helped me out to my van which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a GREAT experience. Next time I go I think I'll bring them some cookies as a 'Thank You'.

Such nice folks work here! Earlier today was particularly busy for both the medical and recreational lines, but every single employee was in excellent spirits despite the circumstances! Also be sure to sign-up for their rewards program! It has been the most “bang-for-my-buck,” dollar for dollar, compared to other places by far! ALL transactions accumulate points that can be spent later, and they really do rack up quickly in $5 increments. Then there are the different loyalty tiers, which increase your points-per-transaction received the higher you get (no pun intended). I’ll put it this way: if you plan on spending more than $84/month on products in 2027, you can qualify for tier two! (Note, this is PRE-TAX $ spent) The store itself has a ton of local artwork to peruse and purchase as well, which gives it a more community-driven vibe. And they will often have other relevant business booths to visit for even more goodies than you expected!
