The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!! So refreshing to find a cannabis farm/dispensary that isn't greedy like all the other dispensaries!! $80 for an ounce of good flour.
