Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

Disposables here are not comparable anywhere else, thank you Manny for the recommendations !!

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

I am a PD Kidney patient on the cusp of receiving a kidney and as a result my pot smoking days are over . I have received the best service from the staff at MUV and excellent advice in alternative THC delivery systems which are OK with my Kidney Team . I have shopped in all of the local dispensaries and I can say with my 38 years of retail experience the best customer service is provided at MUV , very customer oriented !

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bailey, very helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this store and will be shopping there again!

Awesome place! They don't have flower here but you walk right in. lovely environment. Fantastic disposable vapes for $25. two hits off them and you're good for a few hours.

Amazing staff and atmosphere! I really don't see a reason to go anywhere other than MUV anymore. I don't have to wait in long lines, and it is decently priced compared to the competition. MUV just got a shopper for life.

Green Dragon continues their great Colorado roots here! From Colorado so familiar with them and shocked no one knows about them. Very potent genetic strains even for experienced users so start slow! Prices are unbeatable and their selection of flower is very wide. They got a good amount of glass pieces and accessories on display. It’s a little white building so keep an eye out.

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion. The Brooksville branch in particular that I go to is the most compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.

I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

Very nice clean store, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have an issue finding my online orders, plus informed me of deals going on. Since I was first time buyer they also informed me of the discounts I could get (I was getting items on sale so I couldn’t add that to the checkout).
