These guys are so good at their jobs. This is the first dispensary I went to and I was so nervous when I walked in because I didn’t know what to do or anything but they helped me feel at ease right away and even though I spoke at a minimum they got me exactly what I needed, tailored to my needs as a patient. I’ve been sticking primarily with this dispensary location since I became a patient and have strayed very very little. Very professional informative and genuinely ready to help every person that comes in, with equal care and attention.

You tell them the results or effects you're looking for and they get a variety of products & explain how each one can help & help weigh your odds. Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

I love the bud tenders here at this dispensary. They're also the only place I can find fireball suckers. They're always nice and knowledgeable.

This is the only place you can go in and they know most the customers by name. Once you go in you will be back because the customer service goes above and beyond. For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you.
