Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Great experience here. I always come for the skywalker flower here at the westmont location. They always have it in stock and overall the employees are great. Will be my go to place to get my skywalker and carts. 10/10

I love this dispensary. Everyone is so friendly, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Fair prices, and daily discount menu. For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you. First time here at this location. Excited to be here as there is no dispensaries in Texas. A true recent struggle as I was a med patient in Arizona. Love the energy as soon as we walked in. Wasn’t sure which cashier to go to because everyone was eager to help us with a smile. Wish I remembered the name of our budtender but he the best! Well educated in the products and offered honest recommendations for us. I always appreciate true transparency with a purchase. He threw in an extra pre roll which was a nice surprise! Great group of people working here..definitely will be back!

There are many offers available at the St Charles Zen Leaf. Medical Mondays is a great program. They even helped me with the process of obtaining a medical card. I visit the store weekly for medicinal cannabis. All staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the amazing service Raven!

This place is not like other dispensaries from the vibe to the freebies and colors. (Freebies meaning pizza Friday and free drinks) The atmosphere is out of this world. Never been to a dispensary that feels like a party walking in! I love the new location! The cloud wall is top tier too
