I absolutely LOVE this place, the people and the prices! I go here even though two (maybe even three) other places are closer. The whole environment gives no anxiety. From pulling into the parking lot to showing my card at the door to talking with the two people at check-in. The whole process is so stress-free and relaxed, even when I forget to add something else to my order.

Each time we’ve been at Indigo in Brooklawn, we had very courteous and attentive bud tenders who have assisted us. When the first time I walked in this place, I was amazed at how this place looked and the marijuana was awesome. All I can say is the place is a little pricey but, however, you get what you pay for if you want steak. Go to McDonald's if you want a cheaper price and a good deal.

My 1st time attending this business and I was very pleasurable. It was serviced by Rebecca she took her time and was very knowledgeable on conditions I had and what to suggest for me. She was accurate once I went home and experienced the call outs she made. I will be attending very pleasant atmosphere.

Preface: I've now been a medical cannabis patient for just over two months now. I am so grateful for the benefits of being able to use cannabis for a host of symptoms produced by several neurological issues. I have noticed an improvement in tolerating my neuropathy. First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!
