My patient experience is always stellar, and my most recent visit was exactly that! Stellar! Ana was so very kind and helpful, and assisted me with getting the most out of my rewards, rather than wasting a single dollar of it! I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares

the team is quick and friendly when helping to serve. they are there with the recommendations too! vegan edible selection is one thing that brings me back & i hear the manager is vegan but have not met her yet. let’s go more variety!

I love Ethos on Falls Road and the team there! They are so welcoming and the dispensary itself has a calming effect when you walk in from the outside world. They always have a parking spot open/free right out front so makes it super easy picking up my order when I drive there. Definitely check them out!!!

Fantastic selection and the prices are so good I stopped hitting my regular med place. The bystanders go above and beyond and actually KNOW their stuff. I’d sent anybody here—first timers or seasoned veterans! Love it.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

This was my first time to MedMen and I have to say I'm really impressed. I had an ordering snafu before closing and thought I wouldn't make it in time, but Colton got me in and got my order sorted out before they closed! I was very easy to find what I needed on the menu. Their security and lobby staff are friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The bartenders at the cash wrap area were very helpful, friendly and gracious. I can highly recommend visiting this dispensary.
