I typically shop at the Central Sq. and Fresh pond locations and the quality is always SUPERB! Every time I visit this dispensary, the budtenders are always super helpful and never fail to impress me; they definitely prioritize saving me money while serving me with kindness. 10/10 recommend! (Get the Rev access card, it’s super worth it!)

Sira Naturals is by far the Best dispenery in the Boston area. They always have sales, some up to 60% off. No other place does this & they have daily deals that make it possible for this disabled patient can afford on a budget that's below the poverty level. THANK YOU SIRA NATURALS

Lovely friendly staff members, great deals and discounts, phenomenal products — the only store I’ve found in the Greater Boston area that reliably sells several kinds of my favorite brand of drinks. Made a special trip out here and will absolutely be back!

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

Their flower is my new favorite, 10 out of 10! You gotta try their OMG Sherb. The staff is super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their strains. Give this dispensary a visit you won’t be disappointed!

I was very easy to find what I needed on the menu. Their security and lobby staff are friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The bartenders at the cash wrap area were very helpful, friendly and gracious. I can highly recommend visiting this dispensary.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Not t blanket statements And, if she isn’t sure, She will make it her objective to find the exact correct answer. She also studied at Weedmaps which is live the Harvard Thank you again. I didn’t enjoy my visit waited a long time the security is not friendly not the same vibe as before will have to look for a friendly atmosphere since they sold not good customer service condescending

I’m surprised by some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been in numerous times and everything has always gone well. The staff have been super friendly and helpful. The products are top of the line, and fresh. I have some strains here with harvest dates two weeks ago. That’s fresh and the prices are the best I’ve found. I see some pretty rude customers waiting in line…. Maybe a please and thank you and a tip goes a long way too… I’m a medical patient with a fused back & neck- I manage my pain well going here. I’ve been to many dispensaries being from California and you guys ate awesome! Thank you.

Everyone is always so nice here and is great for folks who might be intimidated for their first time going to a dispensary. Can’t recommend it enough!
