The staff genuinely cares about you and the products they offer. the selection is great, and they take the time to help you find exactly what you need : I’ve never had a negative experience here,. they also offer great deals and always make sure you’re taken care of, it’s business done right.

Best dispensary I've been to. Friendly. Great daily specials and reward program. I purchase flower, edibles mainly and they've all been awesome so far. Great quality. Friendly bud tenders.

Everytime I come back the strains are new and exotic. I come once a week and this dispensary has the best products and variety along with speed on wait times. the staff is all very sweet and knowledgeable and everyone is handsome with good energy.

I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice

I've been here several times. Def my go-to spot. Always friendly and helpful. Never too long of a wait. Online menu stays very up to date (as soon as something runs out, the site is immediately updated). Great product. Awesome specials. Definitely look into their specials on the site. They also have an early bird special (7am-9am) and twilight special (7pm-9pm) where you can buy 3 of anything and get a 4th for $1 which can help bring down the cost but you can't combine it with other deals. Right now they have the best deals in town on grass (Lula's and High Supply) and concentrates (Lula's and Bedford Grow)

I came in this evening and Patty and Cindy working they both were helping me out very nice and helpful. Patty rang me up and let me know I had a $5 off that was aussum she saved me 5 bucks. It doesn't seem like alot but it helps. Very clean atmosphere has a great green couch love it!! Thanx again Patty and Cindy!!

My favorite dispo by far. Nice deals on nice product and terrific well informed staff. Every receipt has some kind of discount for the following week and the rewards points are nice as well. The two Jos are particularly nice and have turned me on to some fine stuff for pain and for sleep.

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. I feel like a walking commercial for how much I love this place. I found out about Pharmhouse by their involvement in bettering my neighborhood. They even go to neighborhood community meetings to see where they can help out! That’s why I’m more than happy to give back to them by purchasing their products. Their weed is high quality, the pricing is great, the staff is helpful and welcoming, and they have a pretty good selection of products to choose from. They have something for everyone, from lightweight to smoke yourself stupid. They also have a website that you can browse and order products to pick which helps with my social anxiety. Even curbside drop off. You can even choose a pick up time that works best for you. Pricing is also excellent! Due to their involvement in my community, I will be a long time patron. Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

I'm a medical patient and my experience with curbside service so far has been excellent. Everyone that I've dealt with, from the Budtenders to the Security Guards, have been friendly. Curbside pickup is usually a pretty quick process. I wish I knew the lady Security Guard's name, but she kept panhandlers from leaning into my car (with no mask) and asking me for money. She's very sweet but she's very stern with people bothering us medical patients... So, I really appreciate the safety that she brings. Also, Brady is my favorite Bud tender. I bring my senior dogs with me when I do my medication pickups. They look forward to seeing Brady because he always has a treat for them! Brady is also very friendly and always explains any issues that I create with my online orders. I'm also a Veteran, and I've always received my Veteran discount at checkout.
