Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a smile. They always have what I want in stock and go above and beyond to hold items for me. Free Valet parking is a definite plus! The entire staff from check in to check out are super helpful.

Knowledgeable staff and great product selection. Every person I spoke to is welcoming and eager to answer my questions.

They are decisively the best of the best. They do what they say they will do in a timely manner. Always professional and knowledgeable. Will not use anyone else ever again. They have been my go to for months and with good reason.

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, but this is one of the best dispos in NY State and the cheapest! The staff is very knowledgeable of their products, they always have great suggestions and they are super friendly they never forget a face. Will always hit this one even tho I live across the river.

What a cool experience. I still feel a bit awkward openly walking into the store but I promise you, I'll get over it!!! I appreciate the over-the-top service starting right at the front door. I would say I'm a regular customer here. This is for a good reason. The friendly atmosphere Fair prices and just overall feel is just immaculate. I do go to other dispensaries but when I am in Great Barrington this is the one to go to. I would recommend anyone looking to go to a dispensary to go to this one they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell.
