Everyone is always nice and helpful. It’s a pretty chill environment and always feel comfortable coming in there.

I have been to 8 different dispensaries, and Curaleaf Lebanon is my favorite. It is close to the top as far as pricing goes also and to receive special pricing you do not have to purchase 3 or 4 items like some other places. Employees are fast and friendly.

Kyle always helps me get whatever I need and makes sure I'm well informed on any strains or products you have available. The waiting room is kind of boring but thankfully you never have to wait too long. Always enjoy shopping here

I was a first time patient and had a lot of questions. STEPHANIE was very helpful she was able to answer all of my questions She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The rest of the staff were very friendly! I would definitely recommend Curaleaf of Lancaster to all of my friends and family.

Today was my first time at Curaleaf. I was using a dispensary in Bethlehem, which I will not name. I believe you know who I mean. I am 74 years of age and have a condition that causes pain, nerve pain which nags me 24/7. Curaleaf is everything a dispensary should be. A wonderful reception at the front desk to the intelligent men and women who help you in every possible way to to provide the best advice and deals, which I must say were spectacular. So lets recap, wonderful smart people that help you in every way possible. Great deals on quality products and an atmosphere which I have to say "Will knock you out". Love going here they always have everything stocked and get me in and out when I need to. Also shoutout to taco! He’s been my budtender a few times and he’s always awesome, helped me out when I was short a few dollars that was so clutch.

Hey guys, if you want variety to get you’re meds I highly recommend HWC and Theory wellness. Theory wellness is a much newer one and was opened less than a year ago, they have great inventory and always have new shit on top of having the shit I usually like, like gorilla glue live rosin or GDP live budder. Red mints/Peanut butter mac/london pound cake are the best strains I’ve found there, anytime I see those strains i immediately wanna get them. I recommend everyone check it out at least once, it’s over off of sullivant next to a gas station.

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R.
