Super helpful staff answered all my questions and got me the best product for my needs. I pre-ordered and it was ready; the atmosphere led me to buy some other products after good conversation/recommendation.

I simply love Cannapa! The Hillsborough location is perfect for a lunch run during working hours. It's always clean and the bud tenders are always helpful. my last experience was the best. I wish I remember the tenders name that helped me. She was a Black lady. I went in just to pick up a couple grams in their anniversary. She was able to recommend really good options and describe the experience she had with each flower. I hope I get her every time.

Pleasant atmosphere with attentive staff and excellent selection of high quality products. I don’t live close by, but the periodic specials are very attractive and worth traveling those extra miles on I95.

Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

The budtenders and staff make this easily the best dispo trip in MO. Ashley is so knowledgeable and helpful and every other budtender is always so kind. The managers Justus, Shannon, Nichole, and Maddy are amazing. The vibe is always so friendly. Favorite dispensary around.
