As a long-time medical patient, and having experience with different types of dispensaries, I felt very welcome by all staff members. The dispensary is very open, organized and clean. Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end. They have constantly improved their space and offerings over the past year and a half. I love how fast I can get in and get out and pre covid i would sit out in lounge and enjoy a sesh and work on my laptop. Its probably the most functional and relaxed club in the area. There are others that are great too I just like no nonsense value, bang for your buck deals and its not overpriced just because they have nice wallpaper type of club. They have reped the medical brands and been super helpful to senior citizens over the years. Im down with these people

I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.
