I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. My recent experience with them was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot recommend them enough. My partner and I had been searching for a retailer who could provide medical cards, but we were constantly running into dead ends. We had been given the "runaround" by so many other retailers, and were at our wits' end. That's when we came across Green Life. From the moment I called them, I knew we were in good hands. The staff member who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They didn't rush me off the phone, and I didn't feel like I was just another customer to them. When we arrived in person, we were greeted by the same warm and welcoming energy. The staff was incredibly professional, and we were able to get everything we needed with ease. We never once felt rushed or like our questions were unimportant. The products at Green Life Cannabis were of the highest quality, and the prices were fair. But what really stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. We felt valued and respected, and we knew that we were in good hands. Overall, I cannot recommend Green Life Cannabis enough. FIRST off, it always smells so good when you walk through the door. It’s a cute, friendly location that’s in between two amazing local restaurants! It may be small, but it’s filled with some of the best vendors. It’s a great dispensary for our small bowl-like town.

Joey was our bud tender and he was knowledgeable, pleasant and did not make me look stupid. I wanted CBD for my cat as his arthritis is a problem with his sleep

This store has a huge selection of just about everything one could want or need. The guy working was super friendly and helpful. Store was really tidy and well displayed too. Awesome spot in a cool town.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

This place has the best flower selection around. High tide and cookies is on point and it’s available most of the time.

I've been to 10 dispensaries in Southern/Middle Washington. This is my favorite shop so far. It's the only shop where I totally trusted the workers were listening to me and not just trying to push some product. The vibe was 100% positive. Uncle Ando's had a few odd products I couldn't find anywhere else.

The staff is always there for you with the largest variety of Phat Panda strains in the area. Bargain prices for quality flower plus, Hoquiam is never crowded and the membership points add up quickly for additional discounts.

I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. I don't know what the he'll that person we will let it be that person. The people who work at old Toby are very sweet and treat you like family so all to those people with nasty comments can suck it.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The budtenders are more than happy to share their experiences and mini reviews of taste with different strains and are prepared to make recommendations on the spot. They are always getting new inventory and also the returning favorites, and running out of weed is almost something to look forward to so I can return and experience their customer service again.

I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

This has been my “GO TO” dispensary for several years and I have appreciated their selections and the friendly people who work there.

I visited 2020 this evening and was helped by Matt. He gave me the best expert advice on some infused pre rolls. Highly recommend this establishment and great expert staff.
