The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

Always have fast and friendly service. Ususally have a nice selection on their menu.

everyone in the store was very helpful. from the first lady inside the door to the 2 ladies' inside helped order what I needed and the lady behind the counter helped me with the checkout. it could not have been any better. see you all the next time.

I went to Curaleaf last week, specifically to pick up a high quality sativa strain. I usually check out who has what using the “Leafy App, pre-order and pick up, and … Sometimes I luck out. This was one of those times cuz when I got to the counter, the “Babe Ruth” of BudTenders, Miss Shannon, was my Bud Tender. Psst., my nick name for her stems from the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME she recommends a strain, she hits it out of the park (and the crowd cheers.) “No joke”, as Dark Brandon says: This lady; I kid you not, she knows her product, where treasures are buried and she’s quick as a wink to get them into your shopping cart before it sells out. Listen, Guys, for those who know what good quality medicine is, we are blessed to have the gift that this caring community store is, so close to home. If you’ve not yet gone, get goin’. If your experience there was less than perfect, check them out again. Tell’m I sent you and receive… nothing less than goodness of their products and great service from the peeps that work there. I love Ethos on Falls Road and the team there! They are so welcoming and the dispensary itself has a calming effect when you walk in from the outside world. They always have a parking spot open/free right out front so makes it super easy picking up my order when I drive there. Definitely check them out!!!

The Farm is so convenient my only problem is they are so much higher than Columbia Care. I don't even deal with Best Buds in Dover Columbia Care always runs specials, sales special promotions which really helps offset some of the cost. I love going to The Farm it is so close and convenient but for what I spend monthly it pays to drive to Smyrna to get a lot more product for the money. If The Farm would start offering some specials it would really boost business.

I was in beyond hello 7-18-25 and the CSR at the window Caeden was his name and he found me exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable of the product Beyond Hello had. The woman at register 5 that day took very good care of me treated me very nice was very helpful and friendly.
