1st time anywhere. Im 30mins away with much closer places. They are open till 9pm. It was fast and very easy although I didn't feel rushed. Clean inside. I was in and out in about 10-12 mins and thats with the new patent form. More selection at the shop then on the website. Both kinds I got were quality . The teir 1 I got looks better than the teir 2. Got a day supply on sale for $25 thats pretty banger. Overall good experence. I will return

When I walk in the door I'm greeted with a Hello and a smile they have great customer service and atmosphere is out of this world! The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. They always got the deals. Best spot in town

Repeat customer. After recreational sales began in Maryland, my two other former favorite dispensaries really struggled to accommodate the changes. One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Ordering and checkout, including using rewards, is a breeze.

My wait was not long. Every time I have patronized this dispensary, I have been greeted with very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. I stopped by Rise on Detroit in Lakewood this morning 8-15-24 and had a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in John V was welcoming and efficient. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and because of people like him, I will continue to do so.

Best service in MD hands down they r always so nice and pleasant and quick. Even today it being July 1st and now everyone can come to the dispensary even without a medical card it made no difference at least for me I pulled up paid and got my medication it took not even 5 min and I got a swag bag with a bunch of awsome stuff thank u guys for everything! You guys are the best in my opinion!!!!

Let me just say I’ve been waiting for Maryland to finally get real and let go and legalize you know what I’m say lady’s and gents?anyway I’m pretty bad off the last 5-6 months now I had a horrible car accident at work and have not worked or anything in 5 months let me say the people here are great helpful kind !!showed me EXACTLY what I needed to do and it’s great I can finally buy bud just like alcohol!!it’s seriously about freaking time lol anyway thanks guys and gals at ascend ur great and I’ll be seeing u really soon for a new treat !
